Salon Policies

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

Deposits are applied toward your service total.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Clients who fail to show up for an appointment may be required to pay a new deposit before booking future services.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or have services adjusted based on available time.

For safety and comfort, only scheduled clients are permitted in the salon unless prior approval has been granted.

Clients must arrive with hair properly prepared according to service instructions provided during booking.

Additional fees may apply if preparation requirements are not met.

Due to the nature of beauty services, refunds are not provided.

If concerns arise regarding a service, clients must contact Hair By Chai within 48 hours so reasonable corrections can be discussed.

All hair extension sales are final.

Used, opened, altered, or installed hair cannot be returned or exchanged.

Photos and videos may be taken before, during, and after services for portfolio, website, and social media marketing purposes.

Clients who prefer not to be photographed should notify us before services begin.
