Here you’ll find detailed service descriptions, pricing information, and available appointment times to help you select the service that’s right for you.

 

If you do not see your preferred appointment time available online, please contact us directly. Depending on availability, we may be able to accommodate your request.

 

Service Pricing & Booking Deposits 

Please note that the total price for each service is listed at the top of the service description before booking.

During the online booking process, all services will display a booking amount of $55. This is not the total service price.

The $55 booking deposit is non-refundable and is required to secure your appointment.

Of the $55 collected at booking:
• $50 will be applied toward your service balance
• $5 is a non-refundable booking/service fee

The remaining balance for your selected service will be due at the time of your appointment.

For your convenience, we accept cash, major credit cards, debit cards, and tap-to-pay transactions.

 

Please review the pricing information listed within your selected service before completing your booking. By submitting your booking deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. We look forward to welcoming you to the Chai Doll experience!

 

What’s Included

All services include:

    ●    Shampoo

    ●    Condition

    ●    Blow Dry

    ●    Basic Styling (Press-Out or Basic Curls)

Additional styling services, specialty curls, treatments, and add-ons may incur additional charges.

 

Deposit Policy

A $55 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

One complimentary reschedule is permitted per deposit. Additional reschedules may require a new deposit.

 

Late Arrival Policy

To ensure every client receives the full experience and to keep appointments running on schedule:

    ●    Clients arriving within 15 minutes of their scheduled appointment time will be accommodated.

    ●    Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes will incur a $25 late fee.

    ●    Arrivals exceeding 20 minutes may require the appointment to be rescheduled and a new deposit will be required.

If you are running late, please call the salon directly. Phone calls are preferred for time-sensitive appointment matters.

VIP Appointments

A $100 VIP fee applies to:

    ●    Same-Day Appointments

    ●    Squeeze-In Appointments

    ●    Holiday Appointments

    ●    Holiday-Eve Appointments

VIP appointment availability is limited and subject to approval.

 

Additional Charges

Service pricing is based on average hair density and service requirements.

For sew-in services, pricing includes up to three bundles. Additional bundles are $25 per bundle.

 

Additional charges may also apply for extra-long hair, high-density installations, corrective services, specialty styling, or additional time required to complete the service.

Any additional charges will be discussed prior to the start of your appointment.
