BOOKING
All appointments are booked via text. My direct number is (502) 835-8365. Before contacting me I require all Chai Dolls (current and future) to check our website so that you’ll know exactly what and how to book. All services provided and what is included with each service is listed. As well as prices and recommended hair to use for each service.
Once you have decided, you will text me with your first, last name and email, what you’re interested in booking (INCLUDING ANY ADD ON SERVICES) and the date and time that you would like to be serviced. Please allow me 24 to 48 hours to respond. In most cases I will respond within 24 hours. We will then agree on a date and time and I will send you a deposit invoice via email. PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK MAIL! In the event that you do not receive your email please contact me as soon as possible so that I can resend it. Once I receive your deposit, your appointment is officially booked! You will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your deposit receipt. The address to the salon is on the bottom of the invoice as well as on the website. DOLLS IF YOU DO NOT COMPLETE THIS PROCESS YOU DO NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT! All appointments REQUIRE a non refundable $50 deposit. The deposit DOES go towards your remaining balance.
BALANCE
Your remaining balance must be paid in cash or card. I NO LONGER ACCEPT ZELLE, APPLE PAY OR CASH APP for appointments!
APPOINTMENT ADJUSTMENTS
I completely understand that life happens. In the event that you’re running behind on time PLEASE CALL ME … DO NOT TEXT! I do allow a 15 minute grace period. Anything exceeding 15 minutes will be a $25 late fee. After 20 minutes your appointment will be rescheduled and you will be required to pay another deposit.
If you need to reschedule your appointment please contact me at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid loosing your deposit. You will be allowed ONE reschedule on a deposit. Rescheduled appointment must be within a month of original appointment.

VIP Appointments are any appointments scheduled out side of my business hours.

All VIP’s are an additional $100. The VIP fee also applies to any same day, squeeze in, Holiday and Eve appointments.
RECOMMENDED HAIR
Hair by Chai Elite Extensions is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to ensure that we achieve your desired look. Yes, you may provide your own hair however I can not guarantee your satisfaction depending on the quality. If you decide to provide your own hair please make sure that your lace is HD! Transparent lace is accepted ONLY for lighter skin tones. HD lace melts on ALL SKIN TONES!

For all quick weave services I recommend Milky Way pack hair. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE MILKY WAY QUE NOR MILKY WAY PURE! The regular Milky Way is normally behind the counter. Every beauty supply store does not sell The regular Milky Way. It is available at the beauty supply store across the street from my salon.

If you are going for a more luxurious quick weave install Hair by Chai Elite Extensions will be available for purchase at your appointment. It can be reused multiple time ONLY for a quick weave!
DROP OFF DAY
All wigs, frontals and closures are to be dropped off NO LATER than the Monday before your scheduled appointment. Drop off times are 1PM-6PM. If you fail to drop off your lace there will be a $50 same day customizing fee added to your total the day of your appointment. Please call me to let me know that you’re on your way for drop off.
REFUNDS
I DO NOT OFFER ANY REFUNDS DOLLS! If you are not satisfied with your service please do not hesitate to tell me before you leave the chair. Once you leave the salon I am no longer liable.
Please be mindful of the time it takes for any extensions service. It is very tedious and sometimes may take longer than expected. I do not have an assistant. If you have work, an event or other appointments the same day I recommend you to schedule your appointment with me accordingly. I take pride in taking my time on all of my Chai Dolls!
