At Hair by Chai, I am committed to providing every guest with a luxury experience and exceptional service.

To ensure complete satisfaction, clients are encouraged to thoroughly review their service before leaving the salon. If there is a concern regarding your installation, styling, or finish, it must be brought to my attention during your appointment so it can be addressed at that time.

Once a client has left the salon, the service is considered completed and accepted. Therefore, Hair by Chai does not offer refunds on services rendered.

Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions and beauty products, all sales of Hair by Chai Elite Extensions, custom-colored hair, and retail merchandise are final. No refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be issued.
