Creating your custom wig is simple!

 

Ordering a custom unit is just like ordering hair for an installation service. Simply select your preferred texture, length, lace option, and bundle quantity.

At checkout, use the Order Notes section to let us know you’d like your bundles and closure or frontal made into a custom wig, and include your cap size (Small, Medium, or Large). This lets us know you’d like your order professionally constructed into a custom unit. Example: “Please make my bundles and 13x4 frontal into a custom wig. Cap Size: Medium.” If no wig construction request is left in the Order Notes at checkout, your order will be shipped as loose bundles and lace.

 

Lace Options:

• 2x6 Closure
• 5x5 Closure
• 13x4 Frontal

 

Cap Sizes:

• Small
• Medium
• Large

 

• Small: 21”–21.5” circumference

• Medium: 22”–22.5” circumference

• Large: 23”–23.5” circumference

 

We typically recommend 3 bundles for lengths 22 inches and shorter and 4 bundles for lengths longer than 22 inches. Bundle quantities may vary based on your desired fullness.

Each unit is custom-made to order using your selected Hair by Chai Elite Extensions and constructed for a secure, comfortable fit.

Please note that custom wig orders require additional processing time beyond standard hair orders. Wig construction typically takes 5–7 business days to complete before shipping. Once your unit has been completed, please allow approximately 3 business days for shipping.

Please note that wig construction and coloring services are priced separately. Custom coloring is not included in the wig construction fee and is quoted on a case-by-case basis according to the desired result.

 

If you would like your wig customized with color, please have your inspiration photos ready. Color pricing varies based on the complexity of the service and desired result.
