Service Description
LACE WIG INSTALLS 💕 I prefer to use 200 density wigs to ensure fullness. Please make sure your unit is no less than 180 density. Please let me know if prefer your unit sewed down in the back. I will do so free of charge! INCLUDES . Braid down . Bald cap method with nude cape and lace adhesive . Protective cap . Install . Basic style (press or loose curls) LONGEVITY . 2 to 3 weeks
Cancellation Policy
BOOKING & DEPOSITS All appointments require a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied toward your total service. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Clients are allowed a one-time reschedule using the same deposit. Any additional reschedules will require a new deposit. LATE POLICY A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, a $25 late fee will be applied. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited. NO-SHOWS No-call/no-shows will result in a ban from future bookings or require full payment upfront to book any future appointments. NO REFUNDS All services are final sale. No refunds will be issued. If there is an issue with your service, you must notify me within 24 hours of your appointment so it can be addressed. SERVICE TIME DISCLAIMER All service times are approximate and may vary depending on hair length, density, and condition. HAIR REQUIREMENTS Hair must be fully detangled prior to your appointment. Failure to do so may result in additional fees or appointment cancellation. PAYMENTS Remaining balances must be paid via cash or card only. No Apple Pay, Zelle, or Cash App accepted. EXTRA GUESTS No extra guests allowed unless approved in advance. CUSTOM UNITS / HAIR SALES All custom wigs, bundles, and hair purchases are final sale. By booking an appointment, you agree to all policies listed above.
